[Production Example] Truck Parts <DS/CL>

Realizing automation by using a single-step three-process as a sequential process! Examples of automation for similar diverse products.

We would like to introduce a case study on the production of truck parts "DS/CL" that we conducted. We achieved automation by implementing a three-step single-process in a progressive manner. Similar varieties (about 10 types) have also been automated. We significantly reduced processing time by changing the conventional lathe process to press processing.
